The three figures, which support a votive flame, are the work of the Roman sculptor B. Maniscalchi. The two large bases, in addition to the respective fountains, are decorated with bas-reliefs sculpted by Bernardino Boifava that represent the highlights of the life of the heroes: the attack, defense, sacrifice and triumph; the gush of water is instead a living and symbolic sign of the permanent return of the sacrifice of victory.
