"Bernardini-Fatti" space of the ancient and contemporary stained glass window

In the deconsecrated church of San Giovanni Battista, today a collection of ancient and contemporary stained glass windows, made between the late 19th and early 20th centuries, from the "Giuseppina Bernardini" collection and the "Luigi Fatti" donation is housed. Despite its not completely central position, it contains a substantial artistic heritage that is a source of pride for the entire city. The most important piece is certainly represented by the reproduction in glass of the Last Supper by Leonardo da Vinci, commissioned by Cavalier Fatti to the sisters Caselli around 1937, so that it would be donated, once completed, to the city. Another highlight of the collection is the glass, or better, the screen, born from the creativity of the contemporary artist Silvio Vigliaturo, with bright colors and the model of two-dimensional representation of Picasso's subjects.
