Romanesque church of San Giovanni Battista

Historical documents testify to the presence of a place of worship where today stands the Parish Church of San Giovanni since the Carolingian period, even if practically nothing of that construction has arrived today.
The three semicircular apses remain intact from the Romanesque period, while the unique nave is the result of a fourteenth century restoration.
The church's distinctive altar is undoubtedly the altar shaped like an ara and an elegant baptistery from 1575.
