Economic and ultra-economical houses

Economic houses (via G. Matteotti - project by F. Di Fausto, 1926-1927). They constitute the most substantial building part of the large course. They were designed to house families affected by landslides that had damaged the old town. The reproduction of recurring themes, used in other buildings already constructed, seals the unity of the style of the entire village. Ultra-economical homes (via G. Marconi - 1928-1935). The migratory phenomenon towards Predappio Nuova took on such proportions as to provoke a growing demand for housing. The realization in a short time deprived these simple architectures of any decorative element.
