Church of S. Reparata

Located in front of the Palazzo Pretorio or the Commissaries, it was built between 1594 and 1605. It has a Latin cross plan of imposing size. Next to the church stands the bell tower, completed in 1825, and under its arches the Baptistery. Inside the building there are numerous works of art of high quality, composed between the sixteenth and seventeenth century. Noteworthy in the Sacristy, with an umbrella ceiling, the two pallets with risers of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries. The building is built in terracotta and sandstone. The interior, like the exterior, is purely Renaissance.
