Captain and Governor's Castle

The Captain's Castle overlooks the Porta Fiorentina (towards Florence), defended by a drawbridge and a sturdy gateway. Angled and stellar shaped the castle crowned by a to the castle. Currently the Castle is privately owned, beautifully preserved, with a part used as a B & B.
The Governor's Castle: Overhangs the Roman Gate, towards Forlì, defended by a drawbridge, from the shutters and from the cadavers. Publicly owned, it now houses the Municipal History Archive rich in more than 2000 artefacts s, is home to the G. Rossini Music School and local Associations.
