Originally designed by the Civil Engineers of Forlì, it presents in its façade the rounds and the heads placed in the keystones of the arches of the portico of the Bolognese sculptor Ulderigo Conti. Via G. Matteotti - project by F. Di Fausto, 1925-1926).
