It was one of the first buildings to be built as it was indispensable for the safety of the new urban center. From 1934 to 1937 the building underwent a total renovation and expansion: the front on the main course was monumentalized by two roundish bodies that close the façade with semi-column pilaster strips. (Via G. Matteotti - F. Di Fausto project, 1926-1942).
