Then abandoned to the taste of the admiration of art masterpieces that the greatest masters gave to the world.
Put together a territory with many small places and lots of common greatness, only possible here for unrepeatable conjunctions of history, territory and taste.

A growing emotion in your heart and Italy all around.
The strong Apennine backbone. That, as it goes down to the coast of the Adriatic, unites a territory beyond the geographical limitation. For an entire area united by deep passions, pride of historical, cultural, artistic, spiritual and gastronomic traditions. They communicate, talking the same language that comes from far away, which knows about myths, ancient peoples, and contaminations that express themselves at the table, in historical re-enactments, in the paths on timeless mountains. All combined by inventive, creativity, wanting to pass on with contemporary instruments.
Initiative
The territorial marketing project "Surfing on the Appennine and the territories of central Italy" was promoted by an institutional partnership consisting of over 80 local authorities, including 72 Municipalities and 7 Unions of Municipalities, mainly located in the internal areas of 4 'Central-north Italy (Emilia Romagna, Marche, Tuscany and Umbria).

Purposes and sources
The portal Appennino-centrale.it aims to promote, through the Internet, the territories that make up the Municipalities of the partnership, collecting and disseminating information of tourist interest concerning the territory of reference.
Property rights
The contents published on the Appennino-centrale.it portal are protected by national and international regulations containing provisions on copyright and industrial property rights.
The "Appennino Centrale" logos are owned by the bodies involved in the project promoter partnership. The contents of the site are aimed at making known the richness and variety of the tourist-cultural offer of central Italy and in particular of the areas included in the territories of the Partnership Authorities. Therefore the copying, reproduction, modification, publication, public performance of the materials on the site is possible for non-commercial purposes as long as the license rights of the owner and the third parties involved are respected and the authors and the source of materials.
All video, audio and photographic materials without license specification are to be understood as covered by "Copyright - all rights reserved", unless otherwise indicated (copyleft, cc, ccpl, etc.).
