The annual meeting of producers and artisans of quality of enogastronomy transforms Torriana into a showcase of delicacies from every part of Italy. The quiet and secluded village on the Romagna hills changes skin and becomes a small capital of taste, outdoor restaurants, street food, sidewalk cooks and star chefs, territories of food and wine, brewers and pastry masters, cheese producers, salumai and bakers are a party for a large audience of enthusiasts and curious who for sixteen years followed the event with loyalty and interest. The music, another protagonist, accompanies, entertains and enhances the show with different groups and genres every evening for an appointment that underlines the hospitable and enjoyable vocation of our land.
