Charm on the Via di Francesco

The Municipality of Valfabbrica, in collaboration with the Parish of S. Maria Assunta, the Choir Stone Eight of Perugia and the Associazione Amici del Sentiero Francescano della Pace launches the edition of "InCanto - Sulla via di Francesco", a walk along the Valfabbrichese stretch of the Franciscan Path that puts in sync the steps of walking with the voices of singing. The suggestive initiative open to all, much appreciated in its two previous editions, foresees in fact to walk on a stretch of the ancient Path making a stop, from time to time, in significant places in each of which a choir will propose listening to some songs sung. It is an initiative dedicated to the enhancement of the Franciscan Path of Peace that insists on the territory of Valfabbrica, offering a proposal that encompasses elements linked, harmoniously, to the discovery of the local landscape beauties and to the more typically Franciscan culture and spirituality. An afternoon of wellness together, once outside the time when walking and stopping can become a precious tool for relationship and discovery. Second week of June each year.
